WAIVER (must be read by all golfers)
The registrant is aware of and assumes all risk of bodily injury or property damage, including specifically (but not exclusively) the risk of being injured or thrown or struck by golf balls or clubs, actions by specta-tors, players, caddies or others in attendance. The registrant agrees that International Punjabi Golf Asso-ciation, including their Directors, Officers and Employees as well as the participants in the tournament, are not liable for any injuries or property damage resulting from such causes or any other negligence; nor are they responsible for any act or omission on the part of Northview Golf & CC, its officers, Employees or Agents. The registrant hereby authorizes the International Punjabi Golf Association to collect, use and disclose the registrant’s personal information for the purpose of participation in the iPGA Punjabi Open 2017 and for all such purposes allowed pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act (British Co-lumbia).
